In case of any midterm admission during the Academic year, the child/parent will be liable to pay the fees for the entire Term irrespective of the month of seeking admission.
Mid Term Withdrawal Policy
In case of withdrawal/ dropouts during the Academic year, the parent is liable to pay the complete fee (tuition fee & transportation fee of that Term) for that particular term.
Post Dated Cheques (PDCs)
All fees applicable for the session for both existing students and new admissions shall be collected through Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) only. The Admission fee for new admissions shall be collected through Cash/ Current Dated Cheque/ D.D. at the time of admission.
Further, it is to be informed to all Parents that they shall be liable to pay the cheque bounce charges (if any) in case applicable. Under no circumstances, this policy shall be violated in all the Centers.
Any parent who would like to withdraw his/her child in the middle of the session must pay the Fee for the complete academic year and take the T.C and Original Birth Certificate.
TC stating completion of the academic year / Birth Certificate will be issued only after submitting the No Due Certificate from Finance Department.
In Case the same child would like to seek admission after a gap of 6 months, it is considered as new admission only. Hence the New admission Procedure has to be followed.
Continuation of old admissions will be considered only in case of prior information to the School, however, the child has to clear all dues before gettingout of the School else it will be considered as New Admission.
A buffer period of 3 months will be considered for Toddlers admissions.
In Case a child is falling short of few months in age and yet successfully completed the previous class then the child can be considered for admission into next level upon submission of his previous marks sheet / report card.
